Hanamitsu Hotel & Spa, Garapan

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. While the location was absolutely perfect, really close to all the action in town, my room left a lot to be desired. It was old and had a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The service was hit or miss; some staff were helpful, but others were quite rude. Overall, it had its ups and downs, and I think there are better options out there.
